Smart Town • North Greenwich

Location: North Greenwich, London

Designing a masterplan for a 4.5 hectare plot located in North Greenwich, London. Our goal is to create a visitor and user friendly town and we focus on creating a social positive environment. We understand the complexity of an urban network of movement, therefore we have developed our masterplan into a multi-layer and cross-network building pattern. Staggered and non-linear building shape creates social pockets that encourage urban activities and events.
